I am a Software Engineering Manager, ex Founder with over 18+ years of rich, end-to-end experience in Web Development; Expertise in full software life-cycle implementation, upgrades, production support, rollout & enhancement from business analysis, coding, testing, migration, go-live assistance till post implementation support. Experienced in managing and mentoring engineering teams (3–20 devs), driving code quality, agile practices, and collaborative team dynamics across remote and hybrid environments.
About Me
I spent 10 years founding and running a software development agency in India — client delivery, hiring, and building custom systems for clients across industries.
In 2025 I joined Drivo as the sole engineer on the team, with no engineering org in place. I built the processes, documentation, and team structure from scratch.
Today I manage distributed engineering teams across Australia, India, and Eastern Europe. Occasionally I take on fixed-scope engagements for founders, investors, and technical leaders who need senior engineering judgment without a full-time hire.
